Worst customer service ever

First, the good. The room was nice. Clean, up to date, comfortable, decent TV. Now the bad. In speaking with booking, they took my credit card info weeks in advance, and about an hour before I checked in told me my card was declined. There was nothing wrong with the card anywhere else I had used it, nor was there any problem with the card whatsoever. They had also promised me a cot would be available as I booked a double queen room for myself and my two adult sons. No cot on arrival. Had to get into a shouting match with the front desk moron just to bring an extra set of sheets to the room. Had asked for several other things that wouldn't have been a problem at any other hotel I've ever stayed at, but here they don't believe in doing anything other than taking your money. Will NEVER stay here again. Horrible experience.

The room I liked is very nice spacious and the front desk staffs are very helpful and I also likes the washroom, holiday in I recommend it to my friends and family. The swimming pool is included that is great and the restaurant menu are delicious. My help front desk reception name Tim is a professional.thank you!

Buyer Beware. This is not an airport hotel! The name is totally misleading. It is 16km from the airport and it can be a long shuttle wait. There are many closer hotels. I think someone on the Holiday Inn marketing department figured they could fool people into booking by adding “Calgary Airport” to the name. I also paid extra to stay on the “Panoramic Skyline” floor. There was no skyline and it definitely was not panoramic. Photos attached. It is so disappointing when large corporations get away with lying to you to get your money.

In December 2023, my sister and I flew from Kelowna to Calgary on a spontaneous trip for 3 nights. I wanted a hotel that included a free hotel shuttle and that was close to the casino that we wanted to go to-Pure Casino, great casino by the way. Our experience was excellent. The shuttle drivers were so pleasant. The room that we chose included Breakfast. They offered breakfast until 11am, which was fantastic for most places stop breakfast by 9:30. It included hot and cold items, excellent food!! There was bread to make toast, cinnamon buns, danishes, fresh cantelope and melon cut up, bananas, apples, cereal, and various kinds of juices and coffee of course. For hot there was scrambled eggs, hash brown potatoes, bacon, ham and pancakes. The service was excellent! The rooms were great, very comfortable. Older building but the rooms are renovated. It had a mini bar/coffee bar type kitchen, which was cool, it had a microwave, bar fridge, cupboards if you wanted to put food in and best of all it had a mini sink where you could easily make your coffee in. Keurigs for the coffee. We did not find it noisy at all from the planes, did not hear them. I also went to the pool and hot tub, pool was a bit chilly, but hot tub was great. They also have a little area where you can use computers, that came in handy. Overall we had a wonderful time, did not win any money at the casinos, lol, but in the future we will definitely stay here again!!
